Is a 256G PCIe based-SSD enough for most calculations?
We know some thermochemical calculations, e.g., ccCA-S4, ccCA-CCL, G4(MP2)-6x, etc., are disk capacity demanding, and cr-eomccsd(t) also requires a large volume disk when the treated molecule is large, thus, dear Sir, how much disk volume would you recommend for a workstation devoted to quantum chemical calculations?
How many cores are enough?
