We are planning to release NWChem using a Virtual Machine environment. There is no plan to release a native Windows version of NWChem.

It is a pity.

Are there any opportunities for redistributable license for the old version?
I use NWChem 4.7 for parametrization of molecular dynamics. It would be nice if it were possible to insert the automatic calculation of partial charges in my programs.

The older codes cannot be redistributed, but whatever is in 4.7 can also be found in 6.0.
